RBC Capital Markets Global Investment Banking division is looking for Associates to join their Mergers and Acquisitions team in Toronto. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive financial skillset and gain exposure to global capital markets, aiming for a long-term career in Investment Banking within a market-leading global franchise.

What We're Looking For

Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, including developing and preserving complex financial models.,Support transaction structuring and execution efforts, with increasing responsibility.,Conduct financial and written analysis of companies and industries.,Contribute to client meetings and presentations.,Perform research to analyze market trends and future opportunities.,Contribute to the execution of equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory assignments.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a quantitative field from a leading university.,CFA, CPA, P.Eng. or other relevant professional designations are considered an asset but not a requirement.
