Description

This opportunity focuses on Equity Capital Markets (ECM), where the Associate will be involved in helping companies raise equity capital through various transactions like IPOs, follow-on offerings, and convertible bonds. The role sits at the intersection of Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and the equity markets, providing clients access to capital on optimal terms.

What We're Looking For

Support the origination and execution of equity transactions (IPOs, Follow-Ons, Block Trades, Convertible Bonds, etc.).,Build and maintain market intelligence tools, including ECM transaction databases, comparable offering analyses, valuation benchmarks, and investor demand trackers.,Draft pitchbooks, market update presentations, and deal roadshow materials.,Monitor daily equity market conditions and synthesize trading dynamics, sector flows, and investor sentiment into actionable client advice.,Coordinate with Origination, Syndicate, Sales, and Trading teams for transaction marketing, pricing, and allocation.,Interface with legal, compliance, and external counsel on transaction execution.,Prepare thought pieces on ECM market trends for internal and client-facing use.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate Degree.,Sharp quantitative skills, with comfort in Excel and PowerPoint.,Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex market dynamics into a clear narrative.,Attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.,Team-first mentality.
