Associate, Global Investment Banking , Healthcare

Description

This role supports the Healthcare Investment Banking Team at RBC Capital Markets, focusing on deal execution for M&A, capital markets, and leveraged finance transactions. Responsibilities include developing client presentations and ensuring compliance with firm policies while identifying and escalating operational risks.

What We're Looking For

Lead deal execution across M&A, capital markets, and leveraged finance transactions.,Collaborate with Vice Presidents and Analysts on new business presentations and client materials.,Comply with Firm Policies applicable to business activities.,Proactively identify and escalate operational risks/control deficiencies.,3+ years of investment banking or relevant experience.,Previous experience in healthcare investment banking required.,Solid understanding of banking products, capital markets, and spreadsheet modeling.,Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.,Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.,Highly motivated with ability to manage conflicting priorities.,Strong attention to detail.,Ability to take initiative and function independently, with strong teaming skills.,Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.,Ability to maintain relationships at all levels of the organization and with clients.,Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.,Competency in Collaboration, Relationship Building, Communication, Integrity, and Operating with Diverse and Inclusive Mindset.
