Description

This role involves providing proactive sales support and client contact to a team of Financial Planners, aiming to achieve sales objectives and enhance the client experience. The Associate will collaborate with partners to identify and meet client needs, strengthen relationships, and streamline business with RBC. Key responsibilities include supporting pre and post-interaction enablement, facilitating client service, identifying client needs, making referrals, expanding profitable relationships, and assisting with meeting preparations and fulfillment of various banking solutions. The role also requires educating clients, serving as a Digital Ambassador, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to mitigate operational risk.

What We're Looking For

Provide pre and post-interaction enablement and client service for Financial Planners.,Maximize opportunities to identify client needs, make referrals, expand profitable client relationships, and track progress against sales plans.,Increase sales enablement for Financial Planners by assisting with client meeting preparations and supporting the fulfillment of credit, investments, and everyday banking solutions.,Enable and educate clients by leading with advice, serving through Digital channels, and acting as a Digital Ambassador.,Exercise due diligence in following all policies and procedures and identifying/correcting areas of operational risk.,Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada, or the Canadian Securities Course).,Perform as a One RBC Advisor with breadth and depth of expertise across everyday banking, investments, and credit, capable of fulfilling a robust Advice Experience for personal and business needs.,Strong client contact routines to proactively build calendars and integrate consistent retention and anchoring activities.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.,Ability to leverage own capabilities and those of partners to meet clients' entire suite of financial needs.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada, or the Canadian Securities Course),Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial industry (Nice-to-have),Ability to provide increasingly complex everyday banking, investment, and credit advice for both personal and business clients (Nice-to-have)
