Description

As an Associate Financial Advisor at CIBC, you will be part of the Personal and Business Banking team, working in a banking center to understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions. This role involves managing a portfolio of mortgage clients, engaging in client outreach, networking for business development, and leveraging technology to assist clients with mobile banking. You will focus on building deep client relationships and contributing to community engagement.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans.,Ensure client investment, financial, and credit needs are met or refer to appropriate colleagues.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships.,Network with clients' families and friends to uncover opportunities and refer partners.,Call existing and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.,Participate in community and banking center events to enhance CIBC's presence.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.,Ability to work banking center hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexibility to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada).,Asset: Current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).
