Description

As an Associate Financial Advisor within the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre at CIBC, focusing on understanding clients' financial needs and recommending personalized solutions. You will manage a portfolio of mortgage clients, aiming to deepen client relationships and contribute to their financial goals.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans.,Ensure clients' investment, financial, and credit needs are met by offering comprehensive retail banking solutions or making introductions to appropriate colleagues.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships and grow your network.,Create relationships by networking, calling existing and potential clients to identify growth opportunities, and participating in community and banking centre events.,Become proficient in technology and introduce clients to mobile banking applications.,Demonstrate 2-3 years of experience in providing financial advice and achieving sales results.,Current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada) and meet eligibility requirements for CIRO-MFD licensing.,An asset to have current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).,Client-focused, goal-oriented, attentive to details, critical thinking skills, passionate about people, strong sense of curiosity, and committed to values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Ideal Candidate
