This role involves successfully completing the licensing process and gaining industry experience to become a Financial Advisor. The goal is to learn crucial business-building knowledge and skills to attract and retain clients by helping them achieve their financial objectives.
Study for and obtain the Associate Financial Advisor program's required licensing (Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance exams),
Complete Associate Financial Advisor program assignments within curriculum timelines (RBC tools and technology introduction, policies and procedures, products and services, compliance, planning, marketing, prospecting, and servicing),
Report activities and results as per program requirements,
Implement specific coaching from the Associate Financial Advisor sales manager,
Become familiar with RBC Wealth Management,
Maintain awareness of financial news via company-approved online sites, meetings, and various news media,
Be knowledgeable and comply with all regulations and rules of various regulatory agencies and company policies,
Complete all RBC WM new employee orientation online modules and others as required

40 hours/week
Must obtain Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance exams within 180 days of beginning employment.
