Associate Financial Advisor - Lachine

Description

As an Associate Financial Advisor within the Personal and Business Banking team, you will deeply understand clients' personal and small business needs to recommend personalized financial solutions. You will manage a portfolio of mortgage clients, focusing on deepening client relationships and will need to be flexible with banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and be able to work at multiple banking centres.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans.,Ensure investment, financial, and credit needs are met or introduce to appropriate colleagues.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships.,Network with clients' families and friends to identify opportunities and refer to partners.,Call existing and potential clients for growth and revenue opportunities.,Participate in community and banking centre events to enhance CIBC's presence.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and leverage technology.,Demonstrate 2-3 years of experience in providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.,Current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada) and meet eligibility requirements for CIRO-MFD licensing.,Ability to work on-site full-time.
