Associate Director, Trade Support Analyst

Description

This role involves supervising production support activities for major systems, ensuring data integrity, and applying extensive knowledge to complex assignments. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and analysis for Equities Trading applications, identifying operational risks, acting as a subject matter expert on various trading flows, and collaborating with business partners, developers, project managers, and compliance teams to enhance system stability.

What We're Looking For

Supervise production support for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure integrity of computer-generated data.,Apply extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.,Provide technical systems support and analysis for Equities Trading applications.,Utilize monitoring tools to identify operational risks, specifically focused on Agency/Cash.,Become a subject matter expert on various internal and vendor-based flows.,Act as a liaison between Business Partners, Developers, Project Managers, and Compliance.,Identify control functions and efficiencies to provide stability.

Ideal Candidate

University Degree in a related discipline,Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and asset classes,Holds FINRA Series 7 and 57 licenses,Strong understanding of technology - infrastructure,Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive and high performing team in a fast paced environment,Confident; strong interpersonal skills; strong communication skills,Experience providing technical systems support and analysis for trading applications (Nice to have),Project management knowledge or experience (Nice to have)
