Associate Director, Securitization Tech Delivery Lead, Capital Markets (C#.NET)

Collaborate with business stakeholders across trading, structuring, risk, and operations to translate complex securitization requirements into scalable technical solutions.,Lead and mentor a team of developers in building an enterprise-grade securitization platform capable of handling complex financial instruments, multi-asset class workflows, and real-time market data integration.,Drive the modernization of legacy securitization systems and processes through cloud migration strategies, GenAI, and DevOps practices.,Champion the adoption of emerging technologies such as generative AI and advanced machine learning to enhance securitization workflows.,Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams.,Experience within capital markets.,3-5 years of lead experience and 7+ years of full stack development experience.,Technical proficiency in C# .NET Core, including advanced object-oriented programming principles, async/await patterns, and dependency injection frameworks.,Experience building high-performance microservices and distributed systems using .NET Core with a deep understanding of scalability and performance optimization.,Proficiency in SQL Server and SSIS technology.,Experience with ASP.NET Core for building scalable web applications.,Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code in capital markets environments.,Excellent communication skills, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and demonstrated success delivering mission-critical systems under pressure with tight deadlines and regulatory constraints.

Experience in Capital Markets Technology, particularly in Securitization or Structured Finance Domains.,Comprehensive knowledge of Securitization Fundamentals, including Asset Securitization Mechanics, Credit Enhancement Structures.
