The Associate Director, Fund Distribution & Platforms will manage and optimize relationships with investment platforms across the UK, Europe, and Asia. This role, reporting to the Director, Fund Distribution, is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of fund distribution and platform agreements, fee structures, and sales enablement. The position is key to enhancing platform visibility and complexity to support RBC BlueBay's overall business growth.
Manage platform relationships and act as the key point of contact for investment platforms, ensuring strong partnerships and seamless operational execution.,Oversee commercial aspects and negotiate platform distribution agreements, ensuring competitive and compliant fee structures.,Manage fee rebate calculations and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial oversight and reporting.,Work with the Fund Distribution team and Fund Investor Operations team to streamline platform processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.,Support sales teams by providing insights into platform dynamics, product positioning, and market access opportunities.,Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational processes are aligned with EMEA APAC business goals.,Stay informed on industry trends and identify best practices to enhance platform operations, efficiency, and scalability.,Utilize technology-driven solutions to improve operational processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support scalability through automation and system enhancements.,Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, enhance efficiency, and mitigate operational risks.,Provide leadership to team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and priorities to achieve efficiencies.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, segregated assets, and UCITs funds and products.,Hands-on experience working with investment platforms with a strong understanding of platform operations, fee structures, and distribution dynamics.,Strong oral and written communication skills - confidence to effectively interface at all levels of the firm.,Highly organised and detail-oriented; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
