Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or Project Management certification preferred).,10-15 years' experience in Fund Administration or related operations, with proven success in transformation or strategic delivery.,Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV oversight, and financial reporting processes.,Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing change within complex organizations.
