Associate Director, Fund Administration Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

Description

The Associate Director will lead the definition and execution of the transformation roadmap for Fund Administration, aligning it with the firm's strategic objectives. This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced control frameworks, and translating these goals into actionable projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, designing and implementing standardized operating models, strengthening the control environment, and acting as a key liaison for transformation initiatives while leading change management programs.

What We're Looking For

Define and execute the transformation roadmap for Fund Administration.,Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced control frameworks.,Translate strategic goals into actionable projects with measurable outcomes and timelines.,Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives (technology implementations, process re-engineering, control enhancements).,Ensure effective governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.,Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Fund Accounting, Client Operations, Technology, Risk).,Design and implement standardized operating models and control processes.,Drive continuous improvement through analytics, workflow optimization, and automation.,Establish KPIs and performance metrics.,Strengthen the control environment by embedding robust risk management and compliance practices.,Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit.,Maintain clear governance structures for issue escalation, reporting, and decision-making.,Act as the key liaison between Fund Administration and senior stakeholders.,Lead structured change management programs.,Communicate vision, progress, and outcomes effectively.,Delivery of Fund Administration transformation roadmap and TOM initiatives.,Measurable efficiency and automation improvements.,Enhanced risk and control framework.,Increased scalability and client satisfaction.,Demonstrated benefit realization and sustainability of change.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or Project Management certification preferred).,10-15 years' experience in Fund Administration or related operations, with proven success in transformation or strategic delivery.,Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV oversight, and financial reporting processes.,Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing change within complex organizations.
