This role involves leading the Federal Reserve Bank Regulatory Reporting and Financial Control function for capital markets and wealth management branches. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting, maintaining a robust control framework, supporting governance, performing reconciliations and variance analysis, and acting as the primary contact for the annual audit of consolidated financial statements. The position also entails managing month-end and quarter-end closing processes, interacting with external regulators and internal audit, analyzing accounting records for financial statements, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance processes, automation, and data quality. Additionally, the Associate Director will present analytical packages to senior management and spearhead the implementation of new business initiatives and accounting standards.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience.,6 years of experience in an accounting environment.,2 years of experience in Federal Reserve Foreign Banking Organizations Enhanced Prudential Supervision.,2 years of experience in developing and managing relationships, along with audit experience, with federal regulators.,2 years of experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Retail Banking.,2 years of experience in reporting accurate and timely consolidated financial and statistical results to the Federal Reserve.,1 year of experience in utilizing regulatory reporting software systems.,Active CPA certification.
