Associate Director Business Process Integrator

Description

This role supports various business units and partners within National Bank Capital Markets' New Products and Activities team. Key responsibilities include defining business capabilities, identifying priorities, and achieving target architectures. The Associate Director will lead the implementation of operational and regulatory requirements, prioritize initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities to drive continuous evolution and transformation within the organization.

What We're Looking For

Support business lines in preliminary analysis to determine initiative size, impacts on business capabilities, required developments, and dependencies.,Lead implementation with Capital Markets' partners by defining end-to-end operational and/or regulatory requirements, identifying risks, and strategies to mitigate them within a rigorous governance process.,Take part in the prioritization process, support the development of target architectures, and recommend deployment strategies considering benefits, risks, time to market, and business line priorities.,Lead the review exercise of Capital Markets business capabilities, identify potential improvements, recognize synergies with other business units, and ensure resolution aligns with business vision and strategy.,Collaborate effectively with team members by sharing expertise and best practices, and provide support as needed to ensure timely delivery of projects, particularly during critical implementation phases.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
