Associate Director, Business Analyst / Project Manager – Digital and AI Solutions
Description
This role is for a results-driven Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the delivery of Digital and AI solutions within the Capital Markets Technology division. The individual will define product requirements, guide UX design, collaborate with technical teams, and support go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth implementation and operational success with RTB and CTB support teams.
What We're Looking For
Write and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining functional and non-functional specifications.,Collaborate with the UX team to ensure designs align with business requirements and user needs, providing clear direction and feedback.,Collaborate with Development Leads, Scrum Masters, and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities.,Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.,Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
