Associate Director, Business Analyst / Project Manager – Digital and AI Solutions

Description

This role is for a results-driven Business Analyst / Project Manager within the Capital Markets Technology division, focusing on the delivery of Digital and AI solutions. Key responsibilities include defining product requirements, collaborating with UX and technical teams, guiding go-to-market strategies, and ensuring smooth implementation and operational success alongside RTB and CTB support teams.

What We're Looking For

Write and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining functional and non-functional specifications.,Work closely with the UX team to ensure designs align with business requirements and user needs, providing clear direction and feedback.,Collaborate with Development Leads, Scrum Masters, and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities.,Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.,Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.,5+ years as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM in technology or financial services.,Skilled in writing PRDs, user stories, and managing Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).,Proven ability to guide UX teams in delivering user-centric designs.,Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Ideal Candidate

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in financial services.,Familiarity with other technologies, infrastructure or development based.,Understanding of Capital Markets products and workflows.
