Associate Director - Enterprise Liquidity Parameters

Description

This role within RBC Corporate Treasury's Enterprise Liquidity Parameters (ELP) team focuses on leading enterprise liquidity research and parameterization across various retail, wholesale banking, and trading products. The team is crucial for identifying liquidity and funding risks, strategically positioning the balance sheet, and collaborating with the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team to provide insights to front-office partners on how liquidity treatments affect business costs.

Ideal Candidate

Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury, Product, or Risk Management roles.,Strong understanding of liquidity risk principles and guidelines.,In-depth knowledge of banking products and their associated characteristics.,Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while adhering to governance requirements.,Nice-to-have: Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.,Nice-to-have: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SQL.,Nice-to-have: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.,Nice-to-have: Advanced technical skills in Python, VBA, or other database-related programming languages.,Nice-to-have: Professional designations such as CFA, FRM, CPA, CMA, or LLB.
