Associate Director - Analytics Engineer

Description

The Associate Director, Analytics Engineer at Royal Bank of Canada will be responsible for designing and implementing ETL tasks and application modules to support RBC's stress testing (CCAR, EWST, MST) and credit provisioning (CECL, IFRS9) programs. This role involves developing and deploying ETL pipelines, creating downstream modules, collaborating with enterprise infrastructure teams for CI/CD implementation, gathering solution requirements from stakeholders, providing analytical support to users, and mentoring junior analysts in the team.

What We're Looking For

Design, develop, and deploy ETL pipelines to support stress testing and credit provisioning programs. Develop and implement downstream modules used across stress testing and provisioning programs. Work closely with enterprise infrastructure teams to implement execution pipelines using a CI/CD framework. Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather and define solution requirements. Provide analytical support for downstream users to ensure compliance and mentorship over technical solutions. Provide mentorship to analysts in the team.

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of relevant work experience. University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Math, or Computer Science.
