RBC Dominion Securities, a leading investment and wealth management firm, is seeking an Associate to provide administrative support to a successful Advisory Team in Coquitlam. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service and strengthening client relationships through efficient support to both clients and the Advisor Team.
Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects.,Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail.,Liaise with various departments for execution.,Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, tax receipts, reporting).,Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding.,Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners.,Maintain existing client accounts and manage timelines/key dates.,Ensure accurate and timely updates of documentation in compliance with regulations.,Maintain complete and up-to-date client files.,Help update team's communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.,Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of activities.
