Description

The role involves working with CIBC's Commercial Banking Cash Management team to help businesses achieve their potential by providing flexible cash management solutions. The Associate will focus on growing a portfolio of treasury and cash management-intensive companies, understanding their business requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. This includes performing needs analysis, developing payment and transaction solutions, and finalizing sales directly with clients and prospects.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain strong client relationships through marketing and outreach, fully understanding client goals and business status.,Develop new client relationships through business development activities, leveraging referrals, existing clients, and centers of influence.,Collaborate with internal partners and the Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to maximize sales opportunities and provide guidance on cash management solutions.,Proactively assess client treasury and cash management needs, propose and deliver solutions, and provide ongoing partnership and support.

Ideal Candidate

At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking cash management.,Experience with treasury and cash management functions (payments & transactions) within mid-market and larger organizations.,Degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is an asset.,Fluent in French and English.
