As an Associate in the Commercial Banking division, you will support Relationship Managers in growing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients. Your role involves providing transactional support for financing solutions, assisting with client acquisition, and managing credit processes, serving as a stepping stone toward a Relationship Manager career path.
Support the sales cycle and business development initiatives to identify growth opportunities.,Liaise with various CIBC units to coordinate client activities and meet growth targets.,Conduct comprehensive industry, client, and prospect research to evaluate business opportunities.,Prepare detailed financial analyses and documentation for credit submissions.,Assess client needs proactively and provide 'best in class' service by resolving inquiries and proposing strategic financial solutions.
Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Proven experience with financial statements and accounting principles,Eligibility to work in Canada and potential requirement for French proficiency testing
