Associate, Client Management

Description

This role involves proactively managing assigned client relationships, ensuring client retention, and achieving growth objectives through exceptional client service, cross-selling, and up-selling. The Associate will act as the primary contact for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) clients in the Low/Mid-Market segment, collaborating with Relationship Managers and VPs while focusing on revenue growth and maintaining high client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as an escalation point for critical issues and sharing industry insights.,Identify and execute cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, analyze and present pricing strategies, and support GTB revenue growth, prioritizing fee-based revenue.,Handle credit activities, manage escalations from Due Diligence/AMLC/Compliance, and ensure adherence to RBC's risk management principles.,Drive AI adoption across GTB, develop AI-driven analytics, and support enterprise initiatives in FX and US Cash Management.,Establish and review service level standards, maintain updated client account plans, and continuously enhance product knowledge.

Ideal Candidate

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,3–5 years in a client-facing role with expertise in cash management, wire payments, and corporate banking solutions.,Understanding of wire payments, ACH, and GTB products.,Exceptional written and verbal communication.,Strong relationship management and financial acumen.,Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in AI, digital banking trends, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Education

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
