Associate, Business Management - Alternate Solutions Group

Description

This role supports the Capital Markets Business Management team with a specific focus on the Alternate Solutions Group (ASG) within the Payments division. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business units and infrastructure partners, overseeing governance, risk management, and compliance while driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Support the completion of Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRA),Coordinate investigations and reporting for regulatory and operational incidents,Assist with Business Continuity Planning milestones,Manage responses to auditor and regulator requests,Oversee governance functions including user access, contract reviews, and records management,Collaborate with Finance to support expense management and security checks,Update and enhance business policies and procedures,Prepare presentation materials and track strategic initiative reporting,Represent the business in stakeholder meetings and project working groups

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree in business or an equivalent field,CPA or CFA designation is considered an asset,Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, services, and regulatory risks,Previous experience in compliance, operational risk, or governance functions is preferred
