This opportunity involves assisting Fiduciaries in managing fiduciary accounts within the Private Client Fiduciary Services (PCFS) business. The role includes overseeing a designated portfolio of fiduciary entities like trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships. The officer will provide complex and tailored services to these entities, collaborating with various Fiduciary Management teams and the Professional Services Group. Key activities include supporting client and advisor visits, analyzing client requests, assisting with fee reviews, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Candidates must be adept at building relationships with teams, clients, and partners, maintaining adaptability and resilience, and approaching challenges with a solution-driven mindset. Essential qualifications include studying towards or having completed a Category A or B level qualification under Jersey or Guernsey Financial Services Commission Regulations. Proven industry experience in the fiduciary operations of trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships is required. The role demands strong teamwork, open communication, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and workflow software, along with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
Studying towards or having completed a Category A or B level qualification under Jersey Financial Services Commission Regulations or Guernsey Financial Services Commission Codes of Practice.
