Description

This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by greeting clients, initiating conversations about banking services (both digital and traditional), and educating them on mobile, ATM, and online banking. Key responsibilities include promoting TD products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and unsecured personal credit, as well as efficiently resolving customer issues. The associate will contribute to business growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations. This position also requires working collaboratively within a team, continuously enhancing personal knowledge, and fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace. The scope includes providing advice on a broad range of products and services, understanding business line processes, and developing solutions for uncommon issues.

What We're Looking For

Create an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.,Act as the primary welcome representative at the branch counter.,Educate clients on mobile, ATM, and online banking.,Promote TD products and services, including checking, savings, credit cards, and unsecured personal credit.,Effectively and quickly resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.,Help maintain the professional and welcoming appearance of branch common areas.,Support frontline colleagues with cash and non-cash operations as agreed.,Contribute to business objectives by identifying advice and referral opportunities.,Understand and apply operational policies and procedures.,Ensure accuracy of prepared documentation in compliance with regulations.,Conduct necessary due diligence for all client transactions and activities.,Know and adhere to the TD Code of Conduct.,Participate fully as a team member, supporting a positive work environment.,Continuously improve knowledge and expertise, and facilitate knowledge transfer.,Participate in performance management and personal development activities, including cross-training.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma.,At least one year of relevant experience.,Post-secondary diploma or undergraduate university degree (in a related field) is an asset.
