Description

As a member of the Personal and SME Banking team, you will collaborate with financial services specialists to help high-value clients secure their future and grow their businesses. As a financial services associate, you will provide administrative and customer support to identify growth opportunities. You will build strong working relationships while contributing to your clients' financial success. This role requires working during bank opening hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at different bank centers within a reasonable distance to provide an exceptional client experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What We're Looking For

Engage clients by leveraging knowledge in cash management, credit, investment, and asset protection to answer questions and inform them. Collaborate with financial services specialists to help clients achieve their financial goals. Practice problem-solving by listening, asking questions, empathizing, and taking ownership of client issues, knowing when to escalate. Demonstrate organizational skills by preparing client files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining schedules to improve team productivity and proactively identify business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified locations and, if applicable, hold a valid work or study permit. May be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, programming, French proficiency).
