The Assistant Store Manager is an experienced leader responsible for managing the daily service, sales, and operational objectives within a store. The role focuses on leading a team to enhance customer relationships by delivering TD's model of convenience, sales, and advice, aiming for a personalized and connected customer experience. This position requires the knowledge and experience to make day-to-day decisions on both the teller line and platform with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

Lead a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and store objectives, ensuring a legendary customer and colleague experience, and meeting performance goals.,Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective and efficient delivery of personalized and complex service and advice activities/solutions while maintaining compliance.,Lead and drive operational compliance for all store operations, including teller and platform.,Lead the team in completing daily processes, transactions, and activities, overseeing completion and quality of work.,Ensure the store operates efficiently by adhering to bank policies and procedures and by passing all audits.,May perform daily store operation activities such as account maintenance, wire transfers, store opening and closing, and cash management.,Develop and lead the store in its Operational Excellence plan.,Manage the vault, including monthly vault and drawer audits.,Establish and support strong partnerships between colleagues handling daily customer transactions and platform bankers/partners for effective referrals.,Lead and reinforce customer service activities, supporting customers through challenging times and life events, demonstrating knowledge and financial expertise of products and services.,Responsible for maintaining optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demands and compliance requirements.
