The Assistant Store Manager at TD Bank is an experienced leader responsible for managing daily service, sales, and operational objectives in a store location. The role focuses on leading a team to enhance customer relationships by delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice, providing a personalized experience. This manager will oversee complex service and advice activities, maintain compliance, and drive advice behaviors within the team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and financial confidence. They will also contribute to business growth by identifying advice opportunities and actively participating in community events.

What We're Looking For

Manage day-to-day service, sales, and operational objectives.,Lead a team to grow and deepen customer relationships.,Deliver TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice.,Oversee complex sales advice activities and ensure compliance.,Possess comprehensive knowledge of financial concepts, products, services, and local market trends.,Drive and reinforce advice activities through coaching and communication.,Handle critical and high-risk issues.,Connect with Customers/Prospects, provide financial advice, and deepen relationships through lead management.,Lead and drive operational compliance of all Store operations including teller and platform operations.,Oversee completion and quality of work.,Ensure the Store operates efficiently by adhering to policies and procedures and passing audits.,Identify and mitigate risk and proactively audit for adherence to compliance.,Lead and support a high-performing team, provide feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.,Ensure colleagues comply with all TDBFG policies, procedures, and guidelines of conduct.,Participate in recruitment and selection.,Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire.,Eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z.,Eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS.,Satisfactory results on criminal background check and credit report check.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.,2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.,Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.,Notary License (Preferred).,Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire.,Eligible for employment under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act.,Eligible for registration as a mortgage loan originator with the SAFE Act.,Satisfactory criminal background and credit report check.
