Description

The Assistant Store Manager at TD Bank is an experienced leader responsible for managing daily service, sales, and operational goals within a store. The role focuses on leading a team to enhance customer relationships through TD's model of convenience, sales, and advice, providing a personalized and connected experience. This position requires the ability to independently lead the store and make day-to-day decisions regarding teller and platform operations.

What We're Looking For

Lead a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and store objectives, ensuring legendary customer and colleague experience and performance goals.

Provide daily team leadership and work direction for effective and efficient delivery of personalized and complex service and advice, while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Lead the team in overseeing complex or diverse sales advice activities involving multiple steps, systems, and partners.

Drive and reinforce Advice activities and capabilities through team observations, coaching, oversight, and communication.

Ensure the team offers proactive advice, makes product recommendations, and builds customer financial confidence.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.

Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of financial concepts, a broad range of products, services, and tools.

Business and process management acumen aligned with TD's consultative approach.

Minimum Education

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
