The Assistant Store Manager is an experienced leader responsible for managing daily service, sales, and operational goals in a store. The role involves leading a team to enhance customer relationships by offering convenience, sales, and advice, providing a personalized and connected experience. This role can independently manage the store and has the expertise to make decisions for daily operations on the teller line or platform.

What We're Looking For

Manage day-to-day service, sales, and operational objectives.,Lead a team to grow and deepen customer relationships.,Deliver TD's model of convenience, sales, and advice.,Differentiate with a personalized, connected experience.,Lead the Store with minimal direction and make decisions for daily work.,Lead and drive operational compliance of all Store operations, including teller and platform operations.,Lead the team in completing day-to-day processes/transactions/activities and oversee completion and quality of work.,Ensure the Store operates efficiently by adhering to bank policies and procedures and passing all audits.,May perform daily store operation activities including account maintenance, wire transfers, store opening and closing, and cash management.,Lead and coach advisory team on advice-giving strategies and overall product and services acumen.,Establish work direction and role ownership on delivering advice and achieving objectives.,Deliver end-to-end advice to Customers by providing information and tools for financial management.,Contribute to business objectives by identifying advice opportunities and referrals.,Actively participate in community events, promoting the TD Brand.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent.,Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.,Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.,Strong verbal and written communication skills.,Sales and Operational Management skills.,Ability to manage competing priorities.,Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.,Proficient in Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.,Demonstrated organization, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.,Proficiency with expense management.,Notary License (Preferred).
