Description

The Assistant Relationship Manager at Royal Bank of Canada supports Private Bankers by providing administrative services to clients with complex requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with market information, processing client requests and inquiries, preparing documentation for account opening and KYC, monitoring trade processing, ensuring compliance with RBC policies, and providing general administrative support. The role also involves participating in projects and escalating client or risk issues when necessary.

What We're Looking For

University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or other relevant professional finance qualifications,Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the financial services industry,Experience and knowledge of wealth management or private banking investment products (highly preferred),Excellent communication and client servicing skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin,HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent,Ability to meet deadlines and handle high pressure,Proven organization skills with strong attention to details,Demonstrated computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel,Basic Bloomberg and Reuter (nice-to-have),Certified ECF qualification (preferred)
