Maintain database information, record keeping, and timely reporting.,Track specialty clauses.,Maintain insurance certificates, business licenses, and sales reporting as needed.,Survey critical dates compliance.,Assist in reviewing, amending, and tracking feedback during contract negotiation.,Assist with monthly rent and billing adjustments and account reconciliation.,Assist with billing and collection of tenant allowance.
