The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) is offering an Articling Program for students in its Legal Department. This internship/co-op role involves working closely with lawyers on various legal tasks, including research, writing legal memoranda, drafting correspondence and documents, summarizing files, and attending meetings. The program aims to provide exposure to different areas of law such as Bankruptcy, Corporate/Commercial, Litigation, Real Estate, Securities, Personal Property Security Interests, and Employment law.
