Collaborate with multiple teams (Design, Engineering, Production) to develop world-class player experiences,Imagine and communicate vision to leadership and the team to develop new content,Direct and mentor a worldwide team of artists,Interpret the needs of all development disciplines into final artwork,Deliver effective feedback across all art disciplines (concept, modeling, environment, tech art, lighting, VFX),Collaborate with teams to identify great ideas and steer them through the pipeline, working within project style and driving the Fortnite brand,Filter multiple sources of analysis and feedback into visual direction for new art,Think strategically about art and how it informs the player experience

Experience defining and shipping a product-level vision,Strong desire to partner with disciplines outside of Art to create a unified vision,Clear understanding and value of art team roles in the player experience,Experience as a product-level Art Director or Creative Director in a game studio,Strong understanding of art fundamentals, multiple art styles, anatomy, appeal, and storytelling,Experience supporting and directing artists across multiple disciplines,Ability to adapt to and innovate on new styles and techniques, with a deep understanding of art disciplines and their workflows,Strong collaborative nature to partner with art directors, other discipline leads, and production,Strong leadership skills, with an expectation to guide large teams toward a shared vision,Experience with effective feedback for outsourcing and contractors
