Animal Health Technician – Veterinary department

Description

As a Veterinary Technician at Charles River Laboratories in Sherbrooke, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of laboratory animals and maintaining the integrity of pre-clinical studies. This involves evaluating animal health, assisting veterinarians with treatment plans, performing medical treatments and diagnostic tests, and identifying animal welfare issues.

Evaluate and follow the health status of animals under veterinary supervision,Work closely with veterinarians to prepare and perform treatment plans,Perform medical treatments, interventions, and diagnostic tests under veterinary supervision,Identify potential animal welfare issues and find solutions

Ideal Candidate

College Diploma in Animal Health,Work experience in a similar position is an asset
