Animal Care and Colony Management: Provides feeding, watering, health checks, observes behavior, performs veterinary procedures, and manages colonies.,Technical Support and Training: Trains users and new employees, assists research staff with animal procedures, and ensures compliance with SOPs and guidelines.,Operational Management and Documentation: Maintains animal records, collects data for management software, monitors environmental conditions, manages consumables and equipment, and supports budget preparation.,Cleaning and Safety: Performs cleaning and decontamination procedures, operates autoclaves, disposes of carcasses according to protocols, uses PPE, and prevents cross-contamination.,Compliance and Inspections: Ensures readiness for regulatory inspections, follows health, safety, and environmental rules, and collaborates with the manager to improve efficiency and quality of services.
