The IT Analyst will play a key role in bridging business partners and technology teams to design and deliver value-added IT solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Understand, analyze, document, and clarify business partner and user needs, performing comprehensive, evidence-based analyses.,Formulate pragmatic professional recommendations and opinions, compliant with standards, rules, and guidelines, based on data analysis, reports, trends, discrepancies, and root causes.,Actively contribute to resolving operational issues and continuously improving processes and methods.,Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders throughout the solution delivery cycle, including participation in team activities and Agile ceremonies.,Participate in defining functionalities, designing, and implementing solutions using a 'just enough – just in time' approach, including proofs of concept, prototyping, validations, testing, documentation, and training.,Ensure support, monitoring, and evolution of IT applications and assets, maintain necessary documentation for their sustainability, and, if necessary, perform certain technical or quality assurance activities depending on the context.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, or a related field, combined with 5 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst.,Experience in business analysis within a human resources department and knowledge of Workday (significant assets).,Curiosity, autonomy, synthesis skills, and a willingness for continuous learning.,Excellent proficiency in French and advanced English, required for regular communication with internal and external partners across Canada.,Mastery of Lean and Agile principles, with good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and ITIL.,Basic experience with technologies such as SQL, Scriptflow, or equivalent.,Strong analytical, coordination, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, supported by a rigorous and structured approach.,Excellent communication, writing, and popularization skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders from various sectors and hierarchical levels, and a real interest in partnering with users.
