Description

The System Analyst - Financial Reports will play a key role in transforming business partner needs into reliable, clear, and relevant data solutions. They will translate business needs and deliver quality analyses to actively support strategic decision-making in the financial domain, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment focused on human development.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate with internal partners to understand issues and objectives, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into clear analytical specifications.,Effectively manage and prioritize project activities and operational needs, rigorously monitor tasks, and quickly adjust priorities based on issues, unforeseen events, and business needs.,Design, improve, and maintain financial reports using reporting tools (Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher, FR Studio, and advanced Excel), ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity, and documenting rules, calculation logic, and definitions.,Test reports for accuracy, identify and analyze data anomalies, and collaborate with relevant teams for necessary corrections.,Explain reports and their interpretation to users, recommend process and tool improvements, promote best visualization practices, and provide training to develop user autonomy, while staying abreast of reporting trends and technologies.,Demonstrate excellent understanding of corporate financial data and processes.,Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher, FR Studio, and advanced Excel).,Ability to analyze and interpret complex data volumes.,Exhibit rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.,Possess the ability to ask pertinent questions to clarify business needs.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in accounting, finance, or SIO (Organizational Information Systems).,Minimum 5 years of experience as a reporting system analyst, business analyst, system analyst, or subject matter expert.
