Description

CAA-Québec is seeking a Commercial Strategy Analyst to join its team. This role involves playing a key part in the strategic evolution of the company, contributing directly to commercial and strategic decisions across travel, retail, registration, and driving school sectors. The analyst will provide essential analyses, transform data into concrete insights, support teams in developing business strategies, design business cases, evaluate initiative performance, and actively participate in strategic plan development. This is a full-time hybrid remote position (35 hours per week) with two days per week at the Quebec City office.

What We're Looking For

Identify and define market trends, detect new opportunities or problems, and contribute to commercial orientation.,Analyze opportunities, build business cases to select the best strategic initiatives, and support growth.,Develop and plan business strategies aligned with strategic and operational plans.,Propose actions targeting established objectives, addressing market challenges, or supporting member experience pillars.,Collect, interpret, and analyze sales data, customer profiles, distribution channels, and initiative results.,Prepare and present various reports on sales, performance analyses, and forecasts.,Advocate activities to achieve budgetary and performance objectives, and propose adjustments during the year.,Collaborate with various stakeholders to represent the sector and enrich strategic orientations.

Ideal Candidate

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (marketing, consumer sciences, accounting, or equivalent).,At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy or business development, including a minimum of 3 years in data analysis, promotional results analysis, or sales forecasting.,Master analytical methods and be able to transform complex data into clear and useful insights.,Have a good knowledge of retail and its challenges.,Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.,Demonstrated skills in market research and interpretation of business trends.

Minimum Education
