Track and receive medical requirements for membership applications.,Digitize and classify medical reports and files in appropriate systems.,Validate medical invoices and ensure compliance.,Order medical examinations required to complete file analysis.,Process insurability declarations and open files in the system.,Answer incoming calls from group policyholders across Canada, including eligibility questions.,Report any anomaly or dysfunction in the medical selection process.,Participate in continuous process improvement by suggesting optimization avenues.,Perform any other related tasks in connection with the smooth running of the medical selection process.
College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.,Excellent learning and adaptation capacity.,Team spirit, rigor, and analytical skills.,Medical knowledge (major asset).,Advanced knowledge of English is required to communicate daily with English-speaking clients and partners across Canada via emails and calls.
