What We're Looking For

Participate in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and contribute to preliminary analyses and investment recommendation documents.,Support the team by rigorously performing financial modeling and business model reviews.,Contribute to the preparation of internal reports while adhering to deadlines and ensuring updates.,Thoroughly study company financial reports, establish representative market comparables, and conduct detailed analysis.,Systematically conduct in-depth research on the situation and trends of monitored business sectors; proactively follow current events and gather information from key sources.,Support the team in preparing and organizing various discussions and meetings with internal and external partners.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in investment banking.,Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.,Excellent financial analysis skills, particularly in leveraged buyout (LBO) modeling.,Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.,Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.,Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
