Description

The Analyst, SaaS Solutions role at CAA-Québec involves transforming business needs into high-performing solutions. The individual will be responsible for the management, administration, and support of enterprise applications, primarily SaaS solutions like HaloITSM and Azure DevOps. Key activities include participating in the evolution, performance, and security of systems, and collaborating on the definition and configuration of solutions aligned with business requirements. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid remote work model requiring two office visits per week to either Quebec or Montreal.

What We're Looking For

Design functional solutions that meet business needs and requirements.,Configure and optimize enterprise applications, including customizations, automations, and reports.,Ensure the quality of deliverables by writing and executing test plans and cases.,Provide level 2/3 technical support and resolve complex issues.,Monitor, maintain, and update application systems to ensure performance and availability.,Manage application access, roles, and security settings.,Collaborate with suppliers for support, patches, and updates.,Participate in the integration of applications with other systems (API, SSO, etc.).,Ensure compliance with processes, governance rules, and standards related to enterprise application management.,Document configurations, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in information technology, information system management, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the administration, support, and evolution of enterprise application solutions.,Proficiency in SaaS platform administration.,Strong analytical, diagnostic, and complex problem-solving skills, including evaluating technical and operational impacts.,Knowledge of application security concepts and identity management (SSO, MFA).,Familiarity with API integrations, automation, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).,Comfortable with Microsoft collaboration tools (Office, SharePoint, Teams).
