Design and optimize dashboards (QuickSight, Power BI), automation tools (Power Automate, macros), and data consolidation mechanisms to accelerate decision-making and foster proactive exception management.,Contribute to end-to-end process mapping and support the manager in identifying efficiency opportunities.,Conduct objective setting and self-assessment exercises.,Coordinate efforts to keep job description documents up-to-date.,Participate in periodic staff meetings to discuss and align on business opportunities and priorities.,Under manager supervision, take charge of personal development and career planning.
Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel (macros and beyond).,Advanced proficiency in Power BI and AWS QuickSight.,Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) is considered an asset.
