Description

This role supports ALDO Group's supply chain teams (Demand, Sourcing, Planning, Supplier Compliance, and Projects) by developing impactful data tools and analyses. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency, empower managers to focus on leadership, simplify reporting, automate workflows, and highlight critical business insights.

What We're Looking For

Design and optimize dashboards (QuickSight, Power BI), automation tools (Power Automate, macros), and data consolidation mechanisms to accelerate decision-making and enable proactive exception management.,Contribute to end-to-end process mapping and assist the manager in identifying efficiency opportunities.,Conduct objective-setting and self-assessment exercises.,Coordinate efforts to maintain the job description document.,Participate in periodic staff meetings for business alignment and priority discussions.,Take ownership of personal development and career planning under manager's supervision.,Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets.,Exhibit advanced to expert proficiency in Excel (including macros).,Show advanced proficiency in Power BI and AWS QuickSight.,Possess familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) (asset).,Display strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand, question, and improve business processes.,Possess solid critical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills.,Demonstrate proven leadership abilities: connect with colleagues, foster dialogue, encourage open communication, and drive change through creativity and innovation.,Have excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts and present them effectively to leaders and cross-functional teams, with strong oral presentation and project management capabilities.,Exhibit high flexibility and adaptability, with a demonstrated agile work style.
