Description

The Data Analyst, Supply Chain will support the supply chain teams (Demand, Sourcing, Planning, Supplier Compliance, and Projects) by developing impactful tools and analyses to improve operational efficiency. This role aims to empower managers to focus on daily operations and team leadership by providing tailored solutions that simplify reporting, automate workflows, and highlight critical information.

What We're Looking For

Design and optimize dashboards (QuickSight, Power BI), automation tools (Power Automate, macros), and data consolidation mechanisms to accelerate decision-making and promote proactive exception management.,Contribute to end-to-end process mapping and support the manager in identifying efficiency opportunities.,Conduct objective setting and self-assessment exercises.,Coordinate efforts to keep job description documents up to date.,Participate in periodic staff meetings to discuss and align on business opportunities and priorities.,Under the manager's supervision, take charge of personal development and career planning.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets.,Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel (macros and more).,Advanced proficiency in Power BI and AWS QuickSight.,Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) is considered an asset.,Strong intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand, question, and improve business processes.,Solid critical thinking skills, strategic mindset, and problem-solving abilities.,Proven leadership skills – ability to connect with colleagues, foster dialogue, encourage open communication, and drive change through creativity and innovation.,Excellent communication skills – ability to simplify complex concepts and present them effectively to leaders and cross-functional teams; comfortable speaking, talented at leading discussions, and managing projects.,High flexibility and adaptability – demonstrated agile working style.
