CAA-Québec is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a collaborative and dynamic team. The role involves working on stimulating projects across various business sectors, performing complex analyses, and supporting significant initiatives. This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) with a hybrid remote work model, requiring two in-office days per week at either the Montreal or Quebec office.

What We're Looking For

Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and recommendations.,Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including operational teams, technical experts, and project managers.,Analyze, write, and document requests for business solution evolution.,Collect, elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements.,Conduct interviews or elicitation workshops to gather detailed user and client requirements.,Map, analyze, and contribute to optimizing business processes.,Participate in the design and execution of business-side tests (UAT).,Create and maintain analysis documentation related to processes and requirements.,Provide support and guidance, act as the primary contact, and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with assigned business sectors, representing IT.,Contribute to the development of business analysis practices within the company.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in business analysis or a field related to information technology.,Minimum of 10 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in ERP, CRM, HRIS, ESM software solution contexts.,Ability to gather and formalize business needs, then translate them into requirements, use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.,Expertise in process mapping and modeling (BPMN, UML, etc.).,Ability to evaluate scenarios, considering costs, impacts, risks, and project profitability.,Experience with Agile methodologies.,Proficiency in MS-Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).,Certification IIBA / BABOK (Asset).,Certification Lean Six Sigma (Asset).,Experience in software or SaaS solution implementation (Asset).,Experience as a systems analyst or product development (Asset).,Knowledge of the application solution lifecycle (Asset).
