CAA-Québec is looking for a Performance and IT Operations Analyst to join its dynamic IT team. This role involves optimizing IT resources, analyzing management data, and monitoring the performance of the IT senior vice-presidency. The analyst will develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) in interactive dashboards, analyze management data, ensure continuous updates of IT indicators, and present monthly reviews. Responsibilities also include proactive IT capacity management, tracking project plans, validating timesheets, supporting financial monitoring, and occasionally assisting with contract management.

What We're Looking For

Propose, develop, and implement key management indicators in interactive dashboards to optimize monitoring and decision-making.,Analyze management data to identify key trends and formulate informed recommendations.,Ensure continuous updating of IT indicators for a precise and real-time view of performance.,Prepare and present monthly indicator reviews, ensuring rigorous accountability.,Plan, monitor, and manage the capacity management process to maximize resource utilization.,Analyze IT resource utilization to identify initiatives causing overutilization.,Regularly maintain and adjust the resource allocation plan based on current and future needs.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of capacity management processes and tools.,Integrate project plans into the PPM tool and ensure rigorous follow-up.,Validate timesheets related to envelopes to ensure optimal resource management.,Collaborate on the financial monitoring of the IT vice-presidency and variance analysis.,Provide occasional support for contract management to ensure compliance and optimization of commitments.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.,5 years of experience in a similar role (performance analysis, indicators, dashboards, capacity management).,Experience in implementing indicators and creating interactive dashboards (Power BI).,Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).,Comfort with SharePoint and Teams tools.,Good understanding of IT environments and capacity management concepts.,Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
