Analyst, US Commercial Contract Operations

Moderna is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst to join their international business services hub in Warsaw, Poland. This role supports the US Commercial organization by managing contract and customer administration, operationalizing contract pricing, memberships, and payments. The analyst will also provide high-quality analytics and reporting to inform commercial strategy, work with third-party vendors, maintain accurate records, and manage the Revenue Management System.

What We're Looking For

Develop a working knowledge of contract pricing structures, membership eligibility, customer setups, and payment flows.,Partner with third-party vendors and wholesaler partners for accurate contract setup and execution.,Maintain accurate customer records and contract membership data using Excel and customer information sources.,Establish and maintain a centralized database of contract rosters and key contract information.,Calculate and analyze administration fees for contracted customers (e.g., GPOs).,Consolidate data and generate reporting on key operational and financial metrics.,Manage Moderna's Revenue Management System (RMS) and maintain the contract matrix.,Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Account Management.,Maintain departmental logs, shared mailboxes, documentation repositories, and operational trackers.,Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytical support, leveraging digital tools and Generative AI capabilities.,Degree in Finance or Business.,1+ years of contracts experience.,Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel with formulas, pivots, and data analysis.

Ideal Candidate

Experience with Chargebacks, rebates, Class of trade management.,Understanding of industry identifiers (including DEA, HIN, and 340B ID).,Experience with Model N or a Revenue Management system.,Strong Excel experience.,Experience with researching issues and resolving various data points internally and publicly.,Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, communicating thoughts clearly.,Self-starter, thriving in a quickly adapting, matrixed, high-growth environment.,Desire to make an impact in a transformational company.,Experience with driving process improvements and creating innovative solutions.,Ability to navigate through process changes in a heavily seasonal business.,Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.,Strong written and verbal communication skills.,Expertise in Contract Operations.,Basic understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical market dynamics, including pricing, reimbursement, and contracting.,Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit requirements, and contract governance processes.
