The Settlement Analyst at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) works within a team to support various aspects of the trade life cycle, focusing on the timely and accurate settlement and payment of all CDSX Fixed Income trades and movements. This role involves adherence to RBC's Code of Conduct, Values, and Privacy Principles.
Work constructively in a fast-paced team environment,Aid in managing volumes and organizing workflow,Ensure all Fixed Income, Money Market, and Maturities trades and transactions for RBC Global Markets are settled and processed daily,Organize and send coupon payments to clients and perform call-backs to verify settlement and wire instructions,Learn and provide back-up coverage for fellow team members,Ensure cash settlement amounts in CDSX match and balance with booked systems,Possess good knowledge of products and systems required for daily responsibilities,Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to minimize operational risk,Assist Associate Director Fixed Income Operations with ad hoc requirements/tasks
