Description
This role involves supporting the Investment Banking Technology team at RBC Capital Markets in San Francisco, California. Key responsibilities include providing analytical, due diligence, and transactional support for various opportunities like LBOs, acquisitions, and new business ventures. The analyst will develop financial models, create pitch book materials, conduct company research, and analyze data to advise corporate clients on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance offerings. Additionally, the role requires proactively identifying and escalating operational risks and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent,Excellent written & verbal communication skills,Familiarity with computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel,Possession of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 79 licenses,Strong competency in Collaboration, Relationship Building, Communication, Integrity, and Operating with a Diverse and Inclusive Mindset
